Long-term follow-up results of pediatric liver transplants at our center

The only curative treatment for irreversible liver damage and chronic disease is transplantation (LT).
 Objectives: to determine long‑term follow‑up results, graft functions, survival rates of pediatric LT recipients at our center.
 Materials methods. All performed between March 15, 1990 August 11, 2022 were included in study. Demographic characteristics, preoperative clinical features, indications, early late postoperative complications, rates, outcomes evaluated.
 Results. Between 1990, 2022, we 341 LTs (307 from living related donors 34 deceased donors). most common indication was biliary atresia. There 3 hepatic vein, 5 portal 54 artery complications. Biliary stenosis observed 62 patients, leakage patients. overall five‑year rate 84.1 %, the 10‑year 77.7 %.
 Conclusions. According transplants center, a successful option patients with end‑stage damage. patients’ are also satisfactory.
